A positive vibes mentally, and physically means a positive life. Surrounding yourself with positivity will change your perspective towards life.

1-Mental Positivity :




Positive mental attitude is the philosophy that having an optimistic disposition in every situation in one's life attracts positive changes and increases achievement. Adherents employ a state of mind that continues to seek, find and execute ways to win, or find a desirable outcome, regardless of the circumstances. It opposes negativity, defeatism and hopelessness.

Thinking positive can work miracles. You may have been told to “guard your thoughts”, but felt the advice to be pointless.

After all, your thoughts are private. How can they possibly affect someone else? The fact is, thoughts do seem to boomerang in some mysterious ways.
Science has not found a way to measure them as they have invisible sound waves. In order to understand how positive thinking works, and how to use it efficiently, it is important to understand the power of negative thinking.

-Start your day with a smile shines positively.

The images we create about our bodies, our physical senses, our potential, or our challenges can shape our reality. We know from a large body of research that our brains respond to engaging in vivid imagery almost as if we are having the “real” experience. It’s not the same, but it’s not entirely different, either. So, when we imagine something visually, our visual cortex is active, just as our auditory cortex is engaged when we imagine a hearing song or a conversation, and so forth.

 Every positive vibes will direct you in the right direction.

Believe that positivity will not just can change your perspective toward
 surrounding environment, but it also has the ability to shift your perspective on yourself.

In Islam the positive vibes is one of the Muslims manners toward his God, himself, and others.
The prophet Mohammed  (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said, “Fear Allah wherever you are. And follow up a bad deed with a good deed and it will wipe it out. And behave towards the people with a good behaviour.” (Recorded in al-Tirmidhi).


May you say that"well, it's possible to have the well, and the determination to act positively, but people, and things that I'm not having control on will ruin my day, making me act negatively. Whether my phone got stolen,someone gets my car hit, children break my windows,someone says rude things to me, or I'm waking up not so bright side. So challenges happen. Feel it, grieve it, then take a deep breath to remind yourself of all the blessing that you have. There are a million cells working in your body for you.

Life is beautiful. Every breath we take is a gift. If one of our beloved ones is close to death it is then we start to appreciate life more. The thought of them not surviving brings to the fore how precious life is.

Allah said in the holy Quran:

“And He subjected for you the sun and the moon, continuous [in orbit], and subjected for you the night and the day. And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor [i.e., blessings] of Allaah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful.” (Quran, 14th Surah, verse 32.34)

Allah also said in the Quran:

“‘If you are grateful, I will surely give you more and more” (14th Surah, verse 7).

2-Physical Positivity :


Increasing positivity is by injecting more positive emotions into your life. However, be careful here, because the positivity has to be heartfelt.
If we try to fake it, it actually has the same negative effects on us as negativity - the dissonance between how you feel . Forced internal dialogue causes your brain the same stress as just being negative in the first place. You can’t trick yourself into being positive.

That being said, here are a few ways to build more vibes and inject more positivity into your life:

"Studies have shown that practicing daily gratitude will steadily alter our brain’s thinking patterns to be more attuned to the good things in our lives. "

Try writing down at least one new thing you’re thankful for each day. It can be as big or as small as you want. What matters is that you teach your brain to start scanning your environment for good things. Change your perspective, change your life.

Acts of Kindness. Go out of your way to do small, random acts of kindness for people. More importantly, at the end of the day, reflect on the act and how it made you feel, and write about it.

This allows you to savor the moment, extending the effects of positivity. (Some people actually dedicate a “kindness day” during the week or month, and plan out a surprise or favor for someone in advance. Studies have shown that doing several acts in one day is more beneficial than the same number of acts spread out over several days).
At the end, Apply your strengths.
 Make a list of what you consider your strengths in life, and then think about how you can better utilize these strengths in your everyday life.

 Consider making lifestyle changes to create more opportunities to apply your strengths. Being successful makes us feel good; so keep up the good vibes .
